Category : Daily Thoughts, Health & Fitness, Jiu Jitsu · by Jul 17th, 2015

Yes, after many delays and procrastinating I’ve finally taken the leap to learn Gracie Jiu Jitsu. This has long been on my to-do list as I’ve been wanting to learn something new and developing myself further as a character and what better way to achieve this by learning the gentle art we now know Gracie Jiu Jitsu.

I am currently going through a 14 day trial of Gracie Combatives at Watford Gracie Jiu Jitsu and I am loving it! “Gracie Combatives is our beginner program for adults interested in Martial Arts in Watford. In this program, you will learn the 36 core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment.” The instructors are incredibly helpful, informative and very patient, everyone is very welcoming, warm and enthusiastic which helps the learning curve and leaves me wanting more by the end of the lesson.

As a white belt I thought I’d share a couple videos with you which I’ve found to be very helpful in my learning and fueling my passion to learn more about Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
